Welcome to AlignHQ (thealignhq.in), operated by Pooja Gandhi Shah, Mumbai, India. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Services
AlignHQ provides brand strategy consulting, workshops and private consulting engagements, delivered online or in person as agreed. Session details, inclusions and durations are as described on this website or in written communication at the time of booking.
3. Use of Website and Services
You agree to use this website and any services or products offered only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our content without written permission;
Use our content or tools to harm or exploit others;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
4. Payments
Sessions are confirmed on payment, processed securely through Razorpay. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees. Private consulting engagements are priced on inquiry and confirmed in writing before work begins.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed sessions, are not refundable. If a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled from my end, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
6. Refunds
Given the nature of consulting work, payments for completed sessions are not refundable. If something has genuinely gone wrong, write to me and we will resolve it fairly.
7. Nature of the Work
The work provides frameworks, tools and strategic guidance. Outcomes depend on how they are applied, and no specific business result is guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services.
9. Materials and Intellectual Property
Workshop content, frameworks and tools shared during sessions are for your use in your own business. They may not be resold, republished or used to deliver services to others without written permission. To request permission, write to pooja@thealignhq.in
10. Confidentiality and Data
Anything you share during sessions is held in confidence. Unnamed, unidentifiable references to client work may occasionally be used in case studies. If you prefer your work never referenced even anonymously, say so and it will be honoured. Personal information shared for booking and payment (such as name, email and payment details) is used only to deliver services and is not shared with third parties beyond what's required to process payment through Razorpay.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai.
